At Triad, we have the resources to pay you cash up front for your equipment so that you can use those funds immediately for other investments.

Consignment Programs

Triad Equipment offers consignment options to help you sell your surplus equipment for the highest possible dollar. If selling on consignment, you receive payment once we find a buyer. Agreeing to have Triad sell your equipment for you has many advantages.

  • We will treat your equipment as if it were our own and add it to our inventory database.
  • We will write a detailed description and add photos and place the item on our website.
  • We will use our clientele and marketing expertise to notify potential buyers of your equipment.

When you have Triad Equipment sell your equipment, we add your equipment to our inventory list and use our wide connection of clients to find a company to buy your surplus equipment. By listing with us, you advertise to an international network of companies.

We do all the work and you reap the rewards!

When You Decide To Sell

  1. Specify Selling Type - Tell us whether you want us to make an offer on purchasing your equipment or if you would rather we sell it on consignment.
  2. Describe the Equipment for Sale - Provide us with a full written description of the equipment you have for sale. Include the manufacturer, registration, serial number, age, how long the equipment was in use, status (connected, idle, storage), service (sweet, sour), and any other relevant facts. The more we know, the more we can pass on to interested prospects when they inquire.
  3. Take Photos and Video - They say a photograph is worth 1,000 words, so the more the better. Take several photos from different angles and be sure to highlight any individual aspects that may provide insight to the equipment. Pictures of the tags are very useful.
  4. Provide Manuals and Supportive Documents - Provide any manuals or documentation you may have for the equipment. Anything that may offer additional information. Data reports and drawings are great resources when selling a piece of equipment.
  5. Estimate the Net Cash Value and Provide Location - Please provide a cash value that you expect to receive once the machinery sells. We need to know how much value you expect to get out of the equipment. Also, tell us where the equipment is located.
  6. We Market Your Equipment - Triad will list the equipment on our website and will actively market it to clients that are seeking what you have to offer.
  7. We Quote and Work with the Customer - Triad handles all aspects of customer quoting and correspondence. We work closely with our customers to answer any questions promptly.
  8. We Negotiate the Deal - Once an offer has been made, we negotiate the terms and conditions with the customer. If necessary, we will make arrangements for the potential buyer to visit and view & inspect the machinery.
  9. We Handle the Entire Payment Process - Once a deal is accepted, we handle everything from the deposit to the entire payment collection process with the customer.
  10. We Help Organize the Shipping - If needed, we can assist with shipping and rigging of the machinery to the desired destination or work with a specific carrier.
  11. We Send You a Check! - Payment is collected before the equipment leaves the site. We at Triad Equipment guarantee payment to you within 5 working days of shipment. We can pay you via wire transfer or company check. All sales are “As Is”.
